Does getting my oil changed at a quick lube void my Ford warranty?

No — but the burden of proof lands on you. Federal law lets you have maintenance done anywhere, and if a warranty question comes up later, you are the one who has to produce records proving the service was done on schedule. Have it done here and there is nothing to prove: the repair order is written to your VIN in Ford's own system, where Ford can already see it. A receipt in your glovebox does not do that.
