So far, Ford has sold over 700,000 F-Series trucks in 2016, outperforming the nearest competitor by more than 200,000 vehicles sold. Clearly, America knows a good thing when it sees it.

The legendary F-150, featuring an aluminum bed and body, is one of the lightest full-size trucks available, but still provides excellent towing and hauling capabilities. The F-150 comes standard with a 3.5-liter V-6 engine, or you can choose optional 2.7-liter turbo V-6 or 5.0-liter V-8 engines to pair with the six-speed automatic transmission. For maximum towing, the 3.5-liter twin-turbo V-6 engine comes paired with its standard 10-speed automatic. The F-150 is extremely adaptable, offering regular cab, super cab and super crew cab bodies and 5.5-, 6.5- or 8-foot beds.

Super Duty trucks continue to offer superior power and payload capacity (up to 32,500-pound towing capacity and 7,630-pound payload capacity), even as Ford adds such modern touches as  collision warning, trailer sway control, blind spot detection and more safety features.
