It seems a little nutty to be making plans for Labor Day Weekend already, doesn’t it? But when you hear about this very cool event, we think you’ll be glad we’re spreading the word early.
Ford’s Arts, Beats & Eats festival is celebrating its 19th year this Labor Day Weekend in Downtown Royal Oak, Michigan. The event pairs live music with artwork by professional artists and delectable food from Metro-Detroit area restaurants. Approximately 200 musicians will perform at this year’s event on 10 different stages. There will also be 140 different artists in the area.
The event—while wildly successful and drawing more than 350,000 people to the area—is also a fundraiser for local charities. Last year in fact, $250,000 was raised for area nonprofits.
Attention Musicians! The music submission application is available NOW on our website for the 2016 festival! https://t.co/CoU0SorKz2
