The 2023 Ford Mustang Adaptive cruise control is a feature that allows you to set a speed and distance from the vehicle in front of you, and if that vehicle slows down or speeds up, so does your car. The system can be overridden by the driver at any time.
Blind-spot monitoring allows you to be alerted when a vehicle enters your blind spot. It's activated by using the turn signal, and it can be used in both directions. If you don't want to use this feature, it can be turned off. This system is also compatible with other safety features, like adaptive cruise control and lane-keep assist.
Ford’s radar-based lane-keep assist system uses sensors to detect lane markings and can warn you if you are drifting out of your lane. It can also apply the brakes if you are about to cross a line, or steer the car back into your lane if it detects that it has drifted from its intended path.
