Ford Celebrates the Anniversary of '66 Le Mans Victory with 2016 Le Mans Victory

In 1966, the Ford GT40 mk. II smashed all expectations by becoming the first American car to ever win 24 Hours of Le Mans -- and after only three years in development. In June 2016, on the 50th anniversary of that achievement, the brand new Ford GT took first place in the Le Mans GTE Pro Class.

Ford’s Arts, Eats & Beats Event Planning Underway

It seems a little nutty to be making plans for Labor Day Weekend already, doesn’t it? But when you hear about this very cool event, we think you’ll be glad we’re spreading the word early.

Ford’s Arts, Beats & Eats festival is celebrating its 19th year this Labor Day Weekend in Downtown Royal Oak, Michigan. The event pairs live music with artwork by professional artists and delectable food from Metro-Detroit area restaurants. Approximately 200 musicians will perform at this year’s event on 10 different stages. There will also be 140 different artists in the area.
